Emerald velvet with a soft sheen, channel-tufted sides, a gold ring base — the ottoman that makes a dressing corner feel deliberate.
The Firenze ottoman is upholstered in Como-woven cotton velvet in a deep, nearly black-watch emerald. The channel tufting is done by hand, each pleat set and stapled into a hardwood frame that will outlive the fashion for velvet by decades.
The base is a slim brushed-gold ring — visually almost nothing, structurally everything.

Legs screw in, felt pads on, done in three minutes. The Firenze Velvet Ottoman is firmer than I expected — perfect for a vanity seat, might be much for lounging.
The Firenze Velvet Ottoman is soft on top and structured underneath — sits upright, sinks just enough. The brass legs make it look like sculpture.
